Job Title: Forklift Counterbalance and Reach Truck DriverLocation: WarringtonShift Pattern: Alternating shifts, Monday to Friday -Shift 1:6:00 AM - 2:00 PM -Shift 2: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM Pay Rate: £12.50 - £13.50 per hour (depending on shift)---Job Description:We are seeking a reliable and experienced Forklift Counterbalance and Reach Truck Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating both counterbalance and reach forklifts within a busy warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a team or individually.---Key Responsibilities:- Safely operate both Counterbalance and Reach Trucks to move goods and materials throughout the warehouse.- Load and unload goods from delivery vehicles, ensuring safe and efficient handling.- Transport materials to designated storage locations within the warehouse.- Organize and stack products in an orderly and secure manner, adhering to health and safety guidelines.- Assist with stock control and inventory checks as required.- Maintain accurate records of goods handled and movements.- Ensure that the forklifts are kept in good working condition, performing basic pre-shift checks and reporting any faults or maintenance issues.- Comply with all safety regulations and warehouse procedures to ensure a safe working environment.- Assist with other warehouse duties when needed, including picking and packing.---Skills & Qualifications:- Forklift License (Counterbalance and Reach) is essential.- Previous experience operating both counterbalance and reach forklifts in a warehouse or industrial environment.- Strong understanding of warehouse safety protocols and best practices.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Good communication skills and attention to detail.- Flexibility to work on alternating shifts (6 AM - 2 PM and 2 PM - 10 PM) Monday to Friday.- Physically fit and able to handle manual lifting tasks.---Benefits:- Competitive pay rate between £12.50 and £13.50 per hour, depending on experience.- Regular, alternating shifts (Monday to Friday) with consistent working hours.- Opportunity to work in a friendly, team-oriented environment.- Ongoing training and career development opportunities.---This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Forklift Driver to join a growing team with competitive pay and benefits.
