What you'll get to work on


As a Network Fleet Administrator you will be accountable for providing administrative support to the Fleet and Logistics Team within the East of England network. You'll facilitate and efficiently co-ordinate and administer key activities, developing & maintaining proactive and positive relationships with all key stakeholders within the Fleet and Logistics Team and across the wider Network Teams. You'll be using office systems, processing documents, maintaining accurate records and accessing information in the support of Fleet network activities, providing administrative support and assistance in an efficient and effective manner to contribute to the achievement of the departmental objectives

You will also be...

- Resolving enquires from both internal and external parties
- Compiling information, as necessary, to support the development of Management Information
- Organising departmental telephone-conferences and management meetings, organising the agendas and taking the minutes for those meetings, as required
- Supporting the team with ad-hoc administrative tasks.
- Organising team meetings and preparing documentation, as required





Who are we looking for



- Appropriate academic qualifications – including GCSE English and Maths
- Previous experience within a similar Fleet environment (desirable)
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail
- Previous administrative experience
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written, ensuring successful relationships are established and maintained
- Ability to work collaboratively across different teams
- Good attention to detail
- Knowledge of systems including SAP / Warehouse Systems
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Knowledge of inventory stock management
- Ability to work on own initiative, proactive approach and can-do attitude
- Logical thinking with the ability to resolve problems quickly and effectively
- A flexible and adaptable approach to the changing needs of the business.
