Are you seeking a fulfilling role in guarding where you can make a real difference? Join Mitie as a Security Cover Officer! You'll help maintain safety and security at these hospital sites while providing friendly and compassionate support to staff, patients, and visitors.
Your RoleSecurity Duties:
-Patrol the hospital premises and monitor CCTV systems.
-Respond calmly and professionally to incidents and emergencies.
-Manage access points and prevent unauthorised entry.
Supporting Patients and Visitors:
-Provide guidance and assistance to those on-site.
-Handle challenging situations with de-escalation techniques (training provided).
Administrative Tasks:
-Accurately record incidents and maintain logs as needed.
What We're Looking For
-A valid SIA Door Supervisor license.
-Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
-The ability to work 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends.
