Responsibilities
Perform thorough inspections to identify pest infestations and potential entry points.
Develop and implement effective pest management plans tailored to individual client needs.
Apply pesticides and other treatment methods in compliance with safety regulations and best practices.
Educate clients on pest prevention techniques and proper sanitation methods to reduce pest attraction.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of pest control treatments, adjusting strategies as necessary.
Maintain accurate records of inspections, treatments, and customer interactions in the company database.
Provide exceptional customer service, resolving any issues or concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Valid pest control certification or license as required by local regulations.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in pest control or a related field.
Strong knowledge of pest identification, biology, and control methods.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients effectively.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently while meeting deadlines.
Familiarity with the use of pest control equipment and products safely.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail to identify and address pest issues.
Hours Per Week: 35.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £16.15
