Location: Wolverhampton, West Midlands
Salary Range: £24,000 - £30,000 DOE (Dependent on Experience)
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Working Schedule: Monday – Friday

Role Purpose:
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the key point of contact for customers, providing support over the phone and via email. Your role will involve addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You’ll play a crucial part in ensuring our customers receive the best service, contributing directly to our continued growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries through phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information on our products, services, and policies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, ensuring solutions meet their needs.
• Proactively follow up with customers to confirm their issues are resolved and their expectations are exceeded.
• Log customer interactions and maintain records in our CRM system for accurate tracking.
• Work with the team to continuously improve processes and customer satisfaction.

• Quick learner with a proactive attitude.
• Excellent communicator with strong problem-solving skills.
• Able to work well in a team and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Organised and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.
