• Assess and process student applications, ensuring all files meet academic and visa requirements.
• Provide comprehensive support and guidance to sub-agents, addressing queries and delivering training as needed.
• Liaise with business partners and agents worldwide, particularly in Saudi Arabia, UAE, Oman, and Bangladesh, to maintain strong working relationships.
• Draft and negotiate agreements with business partners and agents to facilitate student recruitment.
• Provide timely updates and information to agents and partners about programs, application deadlines, and requirements.
Marketing and Communication:
• Develop marketing tools and promotional materials to attract prospective students and support agents.
• Design brochures and other advertising content for both student recruitment and the tuition centre.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement strategies that enhance the consultancy’s visibility.
Tuition Centre Development:
• Take the initiative to grow and manage the tuition centre, with a particular focus on 11+ coaching.
• Ensure the tuition centre aligns with the company’s goals and meets the needs of local families and students.
Operational Management:
• Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency in all administrative processes.
• Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide regular progress reports to senior management regarding recruitment and tuition centre performance.
