*Duties*
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities
- Supervise and engage with children
- Provide feedback to parents or guardians
- Maintain cleanliness and organization
- Ensure the health and safety of all children in the setting
- Collaborate with other staff members
*Skills*
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and staff members
- Strong understanding of child development principles and practices
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment for children
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to handle challenging behaviors with care
- Organizational skills to plan activities, keep records, and maintain a clean nursery environment
- Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate effectively with colleagues

GCSE or equivalent (required)
