We are looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced individual for the role of Finance Business Partner (Growth & Business Development), in the Strategic Finance & Treasury Team

About the role

The Finance Business Partner (Growth & Business Development), will work closely with the development team to be responsible for the cash management of the detailed development cashflows, supporting the monitoring and reporting against the development programme budget and preparing analysis to report on the Homes England strategic partnership.

About you

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate an ability to work under pressure and to collaborate with other team members and the wider business to form part of an effective team. Experience of housing development finance, Open Accounts and investment appraisals would be beneficial but is not essential.

The successful candidate will work in our Finance team led by the Senior Finance Business Partner (Growth & Business Development): Mark Banks.

  • Salary is £49,460 per annum
  • Location: Offices based in Gosforth or Stanley
  • Some travel may be required
  • 37 Hours per week with some homeworking available/flexible working
