Job Summary:
As an Operational Freight Forwarder Office Support Executive, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring efficient and smooth workflow, and delivering top-notch service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee all office operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Coordinate and optimise freight forwarding operations, including import/export processes, customs clearance, and transportation logistics.
• Monitor and improve operational efficiency, implementing best practices to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.
• Prepare and analyse operational reports, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
• Experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of import/export regulations, customs procedures, and transportation logistics.
• Exceptional organisational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficient in using logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
