Crynodeb
As a food production Operative you will be:
- Handling produce, using knife skills to prepare vegetables there can be separating florets of broccoli/cauliflower, slicing sweet potatoes into wedges, removing the cores from peppers etc.
- Checking, washing and preparing delicate vegetables to the required standards and processes.
- Processing by hand prepared root crop vegetables into bags up to 10kg in weight.
- Inspecting and sorting peeled root crop vegetables to meet customer requirements.
- Packing orders to meet customer requirements, pallet banding/wrapping.
Have previous experience working in a warehouse.
Ongoing work with the chance to become permanent.
Start time is 08:00 and you will be working between 8-12 hours per day. Please note you WILL work weekends as part of your 5 day rota.
The rate of pay is £11.44 per hour.
