What makes a successful Travel Consultant?
* You have at least 1 years’ experience as a Travel Consultant with exceptional customer service & communication skills
* You are familiar with social media and will use it to promote offers, generate sales leads and boost customer engagement.
* You are a team player and want to achieve your own targets and have the ability to work towards team sales targets.
* As a Travel Consultant, it is important to be passionate about travel, give great customer service and have excellent destination knowledge. A proven sales record and good organisational and time-management skills are super important.
The roles of a Travel Consultant:
* You will build and maintain relationships with our customers, identifying and meeting their needs.
* Use social media to promote offers, generating customer engagement and sales leads
* Assist with the day to day running of the office
* Participating in promotional events and activities. We take our targets seriously, so if you have a competitive streak, those uncapped bonuses are always up for grabs
