Care Assistant Nights - required for our new luxury care home ‘The Moat House' located in Great Easton near Great Dunmow, Essex, Part of the Country Court Family.
Hours: Nights, 44 Hours per week, working weekends on rota (Shift times 20:00-08:00)
Moat House Care Home is in Great Easton near Great Dunmow, Essex is a sixty-bed home has been completely refurbished and will include six well-appointed suites, promoting a lifestyle for residents that will offer a luxurious environment with exceptional personalised care. Together with round-the-clock hospitality and a daily fine-dining menu, our home will be a wonderful addition to the local community.

ABOUT THE CARE ASSISTANT (NIGHTS) ROLE
Within the Care Assistant role, you can really make a difference to our residents’ lives. Your responsibilities will include:

Helping our residents with personal support and care
Aiding their emotional well-being and social needs
Supporting residents at meals time
Interacting with our residents on a personal level
Maintaining and developing the residents care plan to ensure their needs are met

ABOUT YOU
Our fantastic staff are at the heart of our homes & provide vital day-to-day support to our residents. Having those care values is vital to share a happy home, so we would love to hear from those who really do want to make a difference to people’s lives.

Be no stranger to working night shifts
Able to engage well with the residents and their families
Have good written & verbal communication skills
Have an understanding of people with Dementia.
Experience as a Care Assistant is preferred but not essential
Have an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social care or be willing to work towards this.

You may have experience as
Care Assistant, Carer, support worker, dementia, Alzheimer’s, care worker, health and social care, healthcare, senior care assistant.
