Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated plumber to manage a variety of plumbing tasks, from installation and repairs to general maintenance. Trainees or plumbing students are also welcome to apply, as we offer opportunities for on-the-job learning and career development within our company.
Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing issues (e.g., leaks, clogged drains, broken pipes).
- Ensure compliance with all local plumbing codes and safety regulations.
- Respond to emergency plumbing requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Communicate effectively with property management, tenants, and other team members.
- Maintain accurate records of all work completed.
- Work closely with other maintenance staff to ensure overall property upkeep.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a plumber with a strong understanding of plumbing systems.
- Valid plumbing license and any other relevant certifications.
- Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a customer focused attitude.
- Availability for emergency calls and flexible work hours as needed.
- Must have driving license and ability to lift heavy materials.
