Summary of role
You will Design and develop end-to-end digital learning experiences using accessibility and universal design principles to create videos, e-learning, micro learning, podcasts, virtual classrooms, social learning and immersive learning.
Responsibilities
Work alongside the Curriculum Lead, Product Owner, and Instructional Designers to collaboratively deliver the overall learning solution.
Ensure that the final learning solution is delivered on time, within budget and meets the brief and expectations of the key stakeholders and the learner.
Conduct research and competitor analysis to maintain up-to-date knowledge of design influences, industry trends, new technology, legislation, and best practice.
Follow and apply the review process to ensure all products are reviewed and signed off against the baseline proposal by key stakeholders at the appropriate stages during the product lifecycle.
Understand best practice in accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2) and ensure that universal design is at the core of the design process.
Support the business to develop new and innovative blended solutions across all product areas.
Skills & Experience
Qualification or Certification in Graphic/ Motion Design / Digital Design (or similar)
Experience in creating and implementing blended learning solutions to accomadate all learning styles
Experience of delivering high quality learning programmes
Experience and practical understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and other modern web design trends
