Your new role
This is a new and exciting maternity cover job for 9/12 months as a Part-time Document Controller. You will be joining an office team of about 15 people in a relaxed and friendly working environment. Duties include but not limited to:
- Filing drawings
- Issuing drawings
- Uploading and making drawing revisions
- Registering drawings
- General construction administration
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this job, you will need:
- Previous administration experience
- Previous experience of dealing with construction drawings
- A keen eye for detail and a methodical/process-driven approach to your work
- Strong IT skills
- Willingness to work as part of a small team
- Take responsibility for your own workload
What you'll get in return

- Flexibility on days/ hours of worked - between 8:00/17:00 (15/20 hours per week)
