Are you looking to use your retail skills in a role that makes a real difference? St Luke’s Hospice is seeking a Deputy Manager Support to assist in running our charity shops across Sheffield. You’ll help ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our stores, working closely with Shop Managers and volunteers to maximise sales and support our vital care services.
About the Role
As Deputy Manager Support, you’ll play a key role in helping our shops succeed. You’ll:
Step in to manage shops in the absence of the Shop Manager.
Support volunteers to provide excellent customer service.
Help achieve sales targets by overseeing stock management and shop presentation.
Ensure that health and safety, security, and administrative procedures are followed.

We’re seeking someone who:
Has retail experience (charity retail experience is a bonus).
Can motivate and support volunteers in a team environment.
Is organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting.
