Job Title: Team Administrator

Location: Elgin

Rate: £12.60 - £15/hour

Position: Permanent | Full-Time or Part-Time

Job Purpose:
The Team Administrator will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of HighlandHearts HomeCare Ltd. This role involves managing key office functions, maintaining compliance with health and social care standards, and supporting the team in delivering high-quality care services.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform accurate data entry and maintain records.
Make and receive calls, providing professional and friendly communication with clients and staff.
Prepare and distribute meeting minutes and maintain documentation.
Ensure compliance with Health and Social Care Standards and SSSC Codes of Practice.
Uphold Data Protection legislation and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Assist with day-to-day office administration tasks to support the care team.
Requirements:

Experience in office administration.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant IT systems.
SVQ2 in Business Administration or equivalent qualification preferred.
Knowledge of Data Protection and relevant care sector legislation.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
A commitment to professionalism and high standards of quality.
