Thames Reach runs projects and services that help to end homelessness in London. We work directly with homeless people on the streets and in hostels. We work to prevent vulnerable people from becoming homeless. We help formerly homeless people get their lives back on track. We help people find work and access training and volunteering opportunities.

About this role…

We are looking for an Administrator to join the People team.

Thames Reach welcomes applications from people with transferable skills.

We will not accept applications where Artificial Intelligence (AI) has been used to assist with completing the competency questions.

You will:

.Be responsible for administration tasks around the employee life cycle to include, starters, leavers, pre-employment checks, right to work checks etc.
.Provide a timely, accurate and professional service.
.Update the HR system to ensure up to date and accurate information is being input.
.Support the Learning and Development and Volunteering sections.

To succeed as the Administrator you will have:

.Experience of administrative work, ideally in a HR / People department.
.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst being customer focussed, professional and meticulous.
.Good experience of using Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
.Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise
.Have an interest in HR, and a desire to support us to have a positive impact on the lives of homeless people.
