A Tier 1 Investment Bank is looking for a Business Analyst (SVP level) to join the Markets Operations Transformation team. The role will focus on establishing a Data Governance model and managing Data Analytics strategies across Markets Operations. The Market Operations is undergoing significant transformation to implement an enhanced operating model aligned with its commitment to people development, diversity, and inclusion. The organisation operates globally across various post-execution operations including Middle Office, Settlements, Margin, and Asset Servicing, supporting diverse capital market products.
Start Date: early January 2025
Location: London
Hybrid: 3 days a week in the office
Duration: initial 12 months
Rate: £585pd via Umbrella
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager in transformation projects, preferably in Global Markets Operations.
- Strong knowledge of data analytics and governance practices.
- Develop and implement data quality policies and controls to ensureData accuracy and consistency.
- Excellent communication,collaboration, and client servicing skills.
- Strong Investment Banking background.
- Middle-Office experience.
