An opportunity has arisen for a skilled Ecologist to join an innovative planning and environmental consultancy. This role offers hybrid working options, excellent benefits and a competitive salary.

As an Ecologist, you will contribute to the delivery of projects from initial design to final construction, ensuring ecological compliance and sustainability.

What We Are Looking For:

- Previously worked as an Ecologist,Ecological Consultant, Ecological Surveyor or in a similar role.

- A degree or postgraduate qualification in Ecology or Biological Sciences.

- Experience of conducting ecological surveys, including Preliminary Ecological Appraisals and Phase 1 Habitat Surveys.

- Possess 2 years of professional experience (preferred)

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and report-writing software.

- Knowledge of ArcGIS Pro and Biodiversity Net Gain methodologies.

- Experience with renewable energy projects and subcontractor management.

- Protected Species Licence holder.

- Full, clean driving licence.
