About You
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with:
• Significant experience in providing disability-related advice and support in higher education or a similar setting;

• Strong case management skills, including the ability to handle sensitive and complex situations with professionalism and empathy;
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and external partners.
• Experience of reviewing systems and processes and implementing change for continuous service improvement
