We are currently looking for a qualified Vehicle Technician/Mechanic to work on our retail customers cars & vans and prepare our own sales vehicles at our Garstang site.
We require someone qualified to Level 3 in Light Vehicle Mechanics, Maintenance Repair or equivalent and ideally with an MOT tester licence.
We are a family run business and have been established in Garstang for over 10 years. We sell and work on many different types of vehicles from old to new and all in between. We pride ourselves on offering top-class service to our customers and one which people return to time and time again.
We are the only garage to have the Good Garage Scheme in the area and have reviews that are second to none. We operate to very high standards and offer an excellent customer experience from start to finish. Something that a small Garage with an excellent team can do very well.
We undertake a variety of jobs including a lot of "clean work".
We have the facility to do the following work:
· Servicing & Repairs
· MOT Testing up to Class 7
· Remote Key Reprogramming
· Vehicle Tuning/Remapping
· Tow Bar Fitting
· Tyre Fitting
· Advanced Vehicle Diagnosis using state of the art equipment
· AdBlue System Diagnosis, Cleaning and Refill.
Experience, Skills & Qualifications:
Essential Requirements:
• Full UK driving licence
• Qualified to Level 3 in Light Vehicle Mechanics, Maintenance Repair or equivalent.
• Previous experience working as a Vehicle Technician is essential.
• Professional, self-motivated and have a positive attitude.
• Able to work as part of a team and on their own.
• Punctual
Desirable Requirements:
• · MOT tester licence

· Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm - 40 Hrs Per Week
· Saturdays 8:30am – 12.30pm – On a rota basis
