Hiring Sewing Machinist - Sudbury, Suffolk
Stratton Mills is an employment business that provides Fashion Personnel around the UK. We have a great opportunity for Sewing Machinists. Successful candidates will be offered full-time shifts on a permanent basis.
Breakdown of the Sewing Machinist Role:
• Products: Clothing
• Pay Rate: £11.44 - £12.00 per hour
• Hours: 39 hours per week, Monday -Thursday 6.00 am to 4.15 pm or 7.00 am to 5.15 pm
• Immediate Start
• English Level - Beginner
• Location: Sudbury, Suffolk.
Duties for the Sewing Machinist Role:
• Follow operating instructions for the Lockstitch, Overlock, Walking Foot Machine
• Complete requirements for sewing items such as T-Shirts, Hoodies, Leggings, and more, using the appropriate materials.
• Draw threads through needles and adjust machine functions to meet the requirements of the sewing project.
Ideal Sewing Machinist Candidate:
• Good attention to detail, excellent hand-eye coordination
• Experience in working with targets
• Previous Industrial Sewing Machine experience, within a factory environment
