Join us as an eFX Sales Associate

  • We’re looking for an analytical thinker to join us as an eFX Sales Associate and increase our eFX penetration and growth of market and revenue
  • You’ll be managing a portfolio of client relationships while establishing close working relationships globally across the Sales & Trading business lines
  • This is a collaborative and office first role in which you’ll be part of a forward thinking and proactive team

What you'll do


In your new role, you’ll be working as part of a team within the Global Cross Product Sales business dedicated to the growth of our electronic footprint and focussing on e-only clients. Throughout the course of your work, while establishing relationships in the Sales & Trading business, you’ll also maintain strong working relationships with our business partners in Operations, Credit, CEM, Legal, Risk, Marketing, Relationship Management, other product areas, and Client Services.

You’ll also be:

  • Promoting our eFX solutions to help clients, including our Algo strategies
  • Maintaining a strong pipeline of opportunities
  • Working as part of a team managing the delivery of our eFX suite of products to corporates and financial institutions in EMEA
  • Analysing flows, activity trends, and ECN performance using all available data and tools
  • Working with eFX Trading to optimise the profitability of e-relationships
  • Working closely our Digital and Prime brokerage teams and pricing and executing trade requests

The skills you'll need

We’re looking for someone with a good understanding and experience of FX and eFX. You’ll have a background in the management of direct electronic relationships via API and GUI platforms and Algo trading. Experience in coding will be an advantage but isn’t essential.

We expect you to have a University degree, and speak English fluently. An additional language such as German, Spanish, Italian, or French would be beneficial.

We’ll also expect you to have:

  • The ability to seek out business development opportunities and transform them into deliverables
  • Experience of owning and managing client relationships
  • A good understanding of the markets structure
  • An analytical mindset with strong sales and numerical skills
