Here at Serco we are looking for a Key Worker Administrator to join our team at HMP Dovegate a category B male establishment prison based on the Staffordshire/Derbyshire border near Uttoxeter. The operational capacity is for 1100 prisoners and it takes a whole team of people to keep the facility safe, secure and in proper working order.
As the Key Worker Administrator, you will ensure all central administration is covered on a daily basis maintaining a central point of contact, including liaison with all prison departments as and when required.
You must have the ability to prioritise and remain focused under pressure evidencing your flexibility, adaptability and change responsiveness in an atmosphere of constantly shifting priorities. It is essential that you have excellent IT skills as you will be required to collect data, ensure an effective and efficient delivery of the provision is always provided and that all data is readily available to management for inspection, audit, and meeting purposes.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Maintain a number of Dashboard & Data systems to ensure information is accurate at all times
- Produce reports, weekly and monthly presentations as requested
- To engage in regular communication with all stakeholders and be a single point of contact for a team during office hours
- To administer all systems within the department
What you need to do the job:
This role will be ideal for someone who has proven Admin experience. 2. The successful post holder must have a Grade C, Level 2 equivalent or above in Maths and English.
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate flexibility and the ability to work to deadlines and under pressure. Furthermore, they should have the ability to work as a team member, forming excellent relationships.
They must have good attention to details and great analytical skills. Additionally, they must be competent IT skills to support a data driven contract using multiple systems which are both internal and external systems.
