At Leonardo Hotels, we are recruiting for a Database & Distribution Executive to join our great team in the Head Office. We are looking for an enthusiastic, genuine and friendly person who really enjoys working in a fast paced office environment.

As a Database & Distribution Executive

The Job-

Main Duties:

  • Load rates to schedule and maintain the distribution systems. This includes monitoring of the systems, queue management and the processing of rejected reservation messages.
  • Ensure all interfaces are managed effectively with reservation / profile failures investigated fully.
  • Ensure interfaces with external suppliers (Synxis, Siteminder etc) are maintained and are functional at all times.
  • Database management and administrative housekeeping.
  • Rate solicitation, loading, mapping and auditing.
  • Synxis Content updates.
  • Ensuring lines of communication are monitored during office hours to ensure assistance given to internal & external clients.

Who we are looking or:

  • Team Player
  • Strong Attention to detail
  • Process driven with the ability to co-ordinate large amounts of data
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Software in particular Excel.
  • Strong knowledge of Opera PMS systems to include Sales & Catering. (Desirable)
  • Understanding and awareness of GDS and awareness of channel management systems (Desirable)
  • Understanding of all relevant distribution channels, from GDS through to OTAs with ability to influence channels to advantage of the property (Desirable)
