Crynodeb
The post holder will need to be capable of independent travel across the Chislehurst/Mottingham area where our Practices are based and work flexibly to meet the needs of the Business. This role is a fixed term position until end March 2025. Salary: £11k per session plus pension contribution Hours: 3 x GPs required, each position 4-5 sessions per week each session = 4 hours Employment duration: From 6th January 28th March 2025 This position will work alongside the practice teams and additional healthcare professionals already working on behalf of MDC including Care coordinators, Clinical Pharmacists, First Contact Physiotherapists, Mental Health professionals, Community Paramedics, Physician Associates and Social Prescribing Link Workers. By introducing a greater skill mix, patients can access a wider team to support their needs to keep our patients healthy and independent.
