Due to internal promotion we are looking for a qualified High Intensity Therapist to join our supportive and highly regarded Ealing Talking Therapies team.

As a full-time clinician you would manage an average of 20 attended clinical contacts per week. These are mostly treatment and assessment patients plus meetings, admin and running therapy groups, providing supervision and managing projects. Through this job plan variety clinicians develop project management, leadership and supervision skills with us.

Clinical and line management supervision is part of our success, and as a qualified high intensity therapist you will benefit from weekly clinical supervision, monthly line management supervision, and monthly step 3 clinical skills.

The significant benefit of hybrid working is we are able to support clinicians in meeting all of the requirements to fulfil their accreditation needs. In addition to this, we operate a duty system on a daily basis with daily debrief to make sure that all new assessments are discussed promptly.

You will need experience of risk management and assessment, formulation and treatment of Talking Therapies appropriate disorders. We are keen to fill gaps in experience though, through our comprehensive CPD and supervision programme, and we offer ongoing support via debrief and senior duty at all times.

(If you are in the process of completing your CBT qualification or awaiting results, you will progress to Band 7 salary upon the receipt of confirmation of successful completion from the board of examiners, effective from the same date.)
