We are looking to recruit a Multi Trade Plumber who will be responsible for delivering a range of plumber and multi trade works within the major works department to the London Borough of Hounslow.
Responsibilities:
- Installing, maintaining, and repairing pipe including joins, valves, drains and fixtures in all types of structures, using schedule of rates.
- Clearing blockages, locating and repairing leaks and making repairs to piping works leaving premises watertight and safe.
- Carrying out a range of plumbing works including installing sinks and associated items to kitchens, bathrooms, and toilets.
- Coordinating with general contractors and other building professionals on a job site
- Following current rules and regulations related to plumbing to ensure that systems pass inspection for the first time
- Keeping and maintaining records of time spent on a job and materials purchased for work
- Preparing budgets and estimating costs to bid on potential work
- Responding to plumbing emergencies, determining the issues, and making a repair.
Requirements:
- City & Guilds OR NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing and Heating
- Full UK Driving Licence (clean)
