We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and qualified Learning Support Assistant (LSA) with the skills and knowledge to support children in all stages of primary education. To act as an integral part of the school staff team, and as such to contribute to the overall aims of the school, working within agreed policies and procedures and to promote pupil well-being by encouraging them to develop good relationships with others, develop their self –reliance and self-esteem
The successful candidate will be someone who:
Holds an LSA qualification and has a secure knowledge of primary education.
Has GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent) at grade C or above
Is motivated, positive, hardworking and willing to join an enthusiastic team.
Is able to demonstrate high expectations for learning and behaviour, working within the schools policies and procedures.
Champions children and puts their needs and well-being at the forefront of the purpose of their role.
Is professionally discreet and able to respect confidentiality.
