Crynodeb

1.To monitor Industry Partner performance, collating Management Information (MI) and analysing data/trends in support of delivery of the FMSP Devonport Lot Contract Management function.

2.To support the Intelligent Customer (IC) community in managing monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) against our Industry Partner’s performance.

3.To act as the dedicated lead for data and Management Information across the Contract Management function by providing training to the IC cadre on how to utilise data to conduct effective contract management.

4.To understand the contract, monitor, measure and assess whether the deliverables and activities of the Industry Provider meet the requirements of the contract.

5.To ensure the Industry Provider is held to account and to be prepared to challenge the quality of the service provision to ensure the MoD as the customer receives the required level of service, which is compliant with legislation, MOD Policy and industry standard.

6.To assist in building collaborative, positive relationships with internal stakeholders as well as the Industry Partner to support of the safe, secure and efficient delivery of the full scope of Naval Base outputs scoped in the Devonport Lot Contract.

7. To maintain a clear understanding of what the Industry Partner has delivered and should deliver as part of the contracted outputs.

8.To hold the Industry Partner to account for provision of timely performance metrics such as management information and Key Performance Indicators in accordance with the Devonport Lot Contract and as required. Compile and report contract performance, using performance metrics and MI, to the Lot Delivery Board (LDB) and other governance forums as required.

9.To develop regular analysis of the data we hold to look for trends that need to be actioned by ICs or escalated up to senior management.
