Salary: £12.00 - £13.00 per hour | Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:40 - 17:00

Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Handle customer enquiries, providing helpful and friendly solutions.

Essential Skills:
- Proven experience in customer service with strong communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Team player with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Good computer skills (Word, Excel) and an understanding of data protection.
Desirable Experience:
- Previous experience in a call centre or similar customer-facing role.
- A proactive attitude and a passion for helping others.
- Basic understanding of numeracy and maths.
