We’re seeking an experienced and proactive Warehouse Supervisor to take charge of our PM shift operations, driving efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement. This is a fantastic opportunity to bring your leadership skills to a forward-thinking company dedicated to excellence.
- Salary: £28,000+ per annum (*£14.35ph).
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM, with occasional Saturday (OT rate)

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our warehouse runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Lead and Develop: Train, mentor, and guide your team to achieve peak performance and maintain a positive, productive environment.
- Drive Performance: Monitor and optimize KPIs such as picking accuracy, goods receipt, and dispatch performance.
- Enforce Standards: Ensure compliance with HSE and food safety regulations, and enforce PPE use to maintain a safe workplace.
- Implement 5S Methodologies: Drive the adoption of 5S practices to improve organization, cleanliness, and efficiency in the warehouse.
- Problem-Solve: Proactively identify operational bottlenecks or inefficiencies and develop practical solutions to enhance workflows and reduce errors.
- Foster Continuous Improvement: Uphold company standards while introducing initiatives that improve processes and team performance.
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a leadership role and has a track record of success in warehouse environments. Ideal candidates will have:
- Experience: Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or a similar leadership role.
- Licenses: Valid Reach Truck, Forklift, and Electric Pallet (PPT) licenses.
- Leadership Skills: Strong ability to motivate, develop, and lead teams.
- Organisational Expertise: Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with HSE regulations, food safety standards, and 5S methodologies is desirable
