What You’ll Do:

Drive Sales: Hit targets by sorting, pricing, and displaying donations with style.
Lead the Team: Inspire and support volunteers, and step in as a keyholder.
Deliver Service: Create a fantastic shopping experience for customers and donors.
Stay Organised: Keep the shop clean, safe, and running smoothly.
Be a Local Hero: Build community ties and promote St Luke’s amazing work.


What We’re Looking For:

Retail experience, ideally with supervisory or managerial responsibilities.
Ability to train, support, and inspire volunteers.
Strong organizational, planning, and administrative skills.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to build relationships and resolve issues.
Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Empathetic, tactful, and understanding of diverse circumstances.
Competent IT skills and strong attention to detail.
Friendly, courteous, and adaptable to a busy retail environment.
