Location: Slough
Salary: £34,000 - £38,000 per annum

We are currently looking for Multi Trade Operatives to join the responsive repairs and maintenance team in Slough.

Responsibilities:

Carrying out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works, and other similar activities within domestic and void properties.
Delivering KPI's whilst adhering to HSEQ requirements.
Flexibility to work within a team or alone and work tidally within resident's properties utilising first and second fix, fencing and maintenance.
Ensuring high customer service at all times by attending appointments on time, adhering to the code of conduct, acting professionally and respectful at all times.
Promoting good working relationships with clients, customers and other stake-holders.
Providing an out of hours service provision on a rota or other basis
Using mobile devices and/or work sheets correctly, ensuring actions are completed and in real time.

Requirements:

Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
Blue CSCS Card (Multi Trade Level 2 NVQ) OR City & Guilds L2 in Building Maintenance Multi-trade Repair and Refurbishment Operations (desirable)
Disclosure and Barring Service Check
