Opportunity for an experienced Pre Construction Manager to join and lead the existing Pre Con team of an Interior Fit Out business.
About the role of Senior Pre Construction Manager
The role of Senior Pre Construction Manager will be an all encompassing role, dealing with Surveying, Package Buying, Estimating & Pre Construction. You will be leading the current Pre Con team, overseeing the preparation of all construction documents, including plans, specifications & contracts, overseeing the pre-construction phase, ensuring that all work is completed on time and within budget, etc.
This company specialise in Interior design, Architecture, Sustainability, Office design, Design & Build, and more, the projects you would be working on in the Fit Out sector are valued from £1m-£8m.
Requirements for Senior Pre Construction Manager
- Design & Build background
- Experience surveying, package buying, Estimating & Pre Con experience
- Main contractor OR sub contractor experience
- Worked on projects in excess of £1m
