Home Instead is the world's leading provider of non-medical care and companionship service for older people. The Welwyn & Hatfield office are now looking to add to their team of care professionals and are looking to recruit people with a passion and empathy to join our team.
We are interested in people who have experience and we will also consider those who are looking for an entry level position in the care sector.
We do not have set shifts but happily work with the individual's personal availability if we can. If you are free to work either mornings, or evenings, and alternate weekends and you have a full UK driving licence and your own car, then we are very happy to have a chat to you about the role.
We provide the full spectrum of care to our clients from personal care through to light housework and companionship services.
Benefits include:
* Hourly rate of £12.00 per hour (averaging £14.00 per hour with benefits)
* Higher rates for evening and weekend working.
* Paid travel time between clients (some restrictions apply).
* Paid travel expenses £0.30/per mile - £0.45/ per mile.
* All time spent training fully paid.
* Minimum 1-hour visits.
* Job offer made at interview.

Essential Requirements:
* Must have full UK driving licence + own car.
* Must live within our franchise region.
* Must be prepared to work alternate weekend's.
* Must have the Right to Work in the UK.
