Crynodeb
The postholder will behave consistently with the values and beliefs of the Organisation and act as a role model to colleagues to maintain the highest standards of professionalism; taking responsibility for themselves, their quality of work and the service they provide. Key responsibilities will include: Maintaining accurate and contemporaneous records in accordance with Trust policies/procedures; while maintaining confidentiality at all times. Ensuring a safe working environment by adhering to Trust policies and health and safety guidelines Provide a high standard of outcome orientated care and support following a care/recovery plan under the supervision and guidance of qualified health care professionals Maintaining effective communication systems within the integrated team, with other agencies, the voluntary sector, the client and carer.
