Service Care Solutions is working alongside a forward-thinking law firm, based in Somerset, which needs a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious solicitor with expertise in commercial property law to work on a diverse range of matters, from commercial leases to complex development projects.
The salary for this role is £45,000 to £60,000. The salary will be dependent on PQE and interview performance.
Key Responsibilities Of The Commercial Property Solicitor Role:
- Manage a diverse caseload of commercial property matters, including leasing, acquisitions, disposals, and development work.
- Provide expert legal advice to clients, including property investors, developers, and business owners.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and results.
Key Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor (ideally 3+ years PQE) with strong experience in commercial property law.
- A proactive, client-focused approach with a passion for delivering high-quality legal services.
- Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving skills.
