Sales & Lettings Valuer - PART TIME OR FULL TIME to be based in the Newport area, working for a well established, friendly and very successful Property Agents.
The hours are flexible to suit the individual which would include school hours too! Commission, onsite parking, flexible working hours
The Role:
- You will be expected to cover Monmouthshire, Abergavenny, Torfaen, Caerphilly, Cardiff, Newport and surrounding areas and value a varied range of properties from Buy to Let to executive homes. UK Driving Licence required
- The successful candidate will ideally be well versed in social media, valuing and listing properties as well as coordinating diaries and sales chains.
- The role will require social media actions, valuations, listings and conducting viewings and negotiations.
The Person
Experience in a similar role or understanding of property valuation/sales/lettings is needed along with excellent communication and people skills. A highly organised person with a good attention to detail.
