- Part time
- 30 hours per week, Predominately Monday
- Friday, working weekends as emergency cover only.
- Shift times 1.30pm

What you'll be doing⦁ You’ll be cooking and preparing food to the highest standard, adhering to allergen and calorie specifications⦁ Work well as part of a team of chefs, supporting one another and communicating well⦁ Following recipe cards to prepare, cook and serve a range of meals⦁ Completing daily paperwork to cover due diligence⦁ Assisting with deliveries and stock checks⦁ To monitor and record temperatures of fridges, freezers, hot cabinets and serveries.⦁ Assisting in daily and weekly kitchen deep cleans
- following hygiene and safety procedures⦁ Occasional operating of tills and handling cash⦁ Report to line manager any feedback (complaints, suggestions, etc.)
Experience

- Relevant culinary qualification
- Reliable transport required (remote area with limited public transport)
- A confident chef
- Flexibility and the ability to innovate
