This is a part-time role, offering 25 hours per week, with 5 hours worked each day across 5 days. If you’re highly organized, a natural people-person, and passionate about creating memorable events, this role is your chance to shine!
Your Role as Events Coordinator:- Event Planning: Collaborate with clients to plan events, from corporate meetings to special celebrations, ensuring every detail is spot-on.
- Client Liaison: Be the go-to person for guests, delivering exceptional service and ensuring their experience exceeds expectations.
- Event Operations: Coordinate with hotel departments to set up, run, and break down events seamlessly.
- Revenue and Quality: Look for ways to boost revenue while maintaining a high standard of guest satisfaction.
- Attention to Detail: Keep the venue flawless and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Previous experience in event coordination, ideally within hospitality or a similar industry.
- Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple events.
- A warm, approachable personality and excellent communication skills.
- The ability to thrive under pressure and think on your feet.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
