PART TIME Chef/Cook at 'Slater Street' BOWLS CLUB (LE3 5AS). Evenings & Weekends. Seasonal Contract to April 2025. If available, some extra daytime shifts could be an opportunity for additional hours.
Leicester Indoor Bowls Club - Kitchen & Coffee Shop is a 9 Rink Members Bowls Club with the Kitchen & Coffee Shop providing Home Cooked Meals & Snacks served in the Clubhouse Lounge. We also provide refreshments Bowls Matches, Hockey Clubs & Corporate Bowls events on an adhoc basis. We are looking to extend these Events into the Summer to develop the catering business further.
Experience of Cooking a simple Bowls Club Menu dishes, reheating, presenting to a high standard and serving with a smile is required. High Standards of Cleanliness & Food Hygiene Required including Pot Washing, Cleaning of Kitchen and Food Safety. We are a Members Club with a Great atmosphere and a Small Friendly Team - A Friendly Positive Attitude is a Great Advantage.
