Agricar Limited is a successful family owned agricultural business with sites throughout Scotland. Established in 1986 we are market leaders in agriculture, ground care and homeowner products, holding the market leading New Holland franchise along with many other brands.
An opportunity has arisen to join our dedicated team. Agricar have a vacancy for an Agricultural Service Technician to join our busy Laurencekirk depot. This is a fantastic opportunity to acquire a position within a successful business, where an excellent rate of pay and competitive benefits package is on offer.
We require an Agricultural Service Technician to have the following skills & characteristics,
• Knowledge of modern agricultural machinery, technologies and farming practices
• Proactive
• Conscientious
• Ideally a strong agricultural background
• Good time-keeping skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Able to work well in a team environment
• Maintain company image by appearance and conduct
• Carrying out fault diagnosis and repairs both in workshop and on site
• Administer job cards and time sheets with relevant information
• Experience with diagnostic and IT systems
The package to the successful candidate will include a competitive basic salary, company vehicle, company pension scheme and manufacturer training. Comprehensive ongoing product training will be given on our full range of machinery.
