Summary
We are looking for a creative apprentice with a mature attitude to join our team. You will be responsible for planning and organising a range of stimulating and educational activities throughout the day. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to continue their progression in the sector with a supportive employer.
The ideal candidate will have completed the Early Years Practitioner Level 2 apprenticeship, and is now looking to progress onto the level 3 Early Years Educator Advanced Apprenticeship.
- Deliver the Early Years Foundation Stage framework and any other appropriate
guidance for young children in accordance with nursery policy and guidelines
- Observe each child’s progress and report on achievements, looking for progression
and continuity alongside the Early Years Foundation Stage
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
- Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard for the Early Years Educator
- Functional Skills in English and maths if required
- End Point Assessment: Observation with Questioning & Professional Discussion
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
- Progression routes include permanent job role and further CPD/training.
