Crynodeb

NRL are currently working with a client recruitng a Digital Engineer in the Telford area on a permanent basis.

You will be responsible for the MEP Co-ordination, BIM and Digital Construction of a project. To support the Project team so they receive, drawings, and model to required to deliver a successful project in line with the BIM Execution Plan.


Roles and Responsibilities
Delivering stage 5 co-ordinated MEP models from stage 4 designs.
Detailing MEP service Modules for manufacture.
Delivering individual service drawings for installation purposes.
Revising drawings to include client instructions.
Uploading drawings to a common data environment.
Dealing with site queries relating to drawings/models.
Inputting of COBie data into the model environment.
Revising models and drawings to as-built status.
Creating Revit families for selected equipment.
Attend and run Coordination meetings with the relevant team members.
Attend the clients BIM / Digital Asset meetings as Imtech’s Representative.
Any other tasks as required by the Digital Engineering Lead.

Skills and Experience
At least 4 years Revit experience in MEP co-ordination is essential.
A good understanding of MEP systems and how they are installed.
Very Good knowledge of Navisworks for clash detection & model checking.
Good understanding of IS019650 Delivery.
Able to Assist in pre-sales and & sales meetings if required.
4D experience is preferred but not essential.
5D experience is preferred but not essential.
Supporting the implementation of BIM standards, documentation, protocols for a variety of csutomers and projects.
