Are you an experienced Groundworks Foreman looking for your next challenge? We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our client's team in Chatham, Kent.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee and manage all on-site groundwork activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Coordinate and supervise site teams, subcontractors, and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Problem-solve on-site issues and provide leadership to the team.
- CSCS card (mandatory).
- Proven experience in a groundworks foreman or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of groundwork processes, including drainage, foundations, and excavation.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
- A proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to work under pressure.
