Source to Pay Delivery Manager
Bristol / Birmingham / London - Full Time
The Procurement Systems team will play a pivotal role in taking our Procurement function to the next level through elevating our Procurement operations by establishing standardised and simplified practices across our systems and processes. You'll be working with our Procurement teams and suppliers to ensure we're maximising the use of our Coupa Platform through supplier content and providing our business users with a seamless user experience helping them buy the right goods and services and the right price and monitor and track the compliance with a continual focus on improvement.
What are the main responsibilities?
You will manage all Coupa Content and cXML Integrations between Mitie and the Supplier, including error handling as well as driving the PSL optimisation project to ensure all of the PSL have the right content that allows for a smooth buying experience for our end user. As Coupa expert, you will ensure all content within the platform is up to date, reflects Mitie agreements, processes including reviewing catalogues, forms, tagging, cXML etc.
. You will also:
-Work closely with third party providers to ensure successful support and issue management and technical integrations with ERPS, 3rd party feeds and integrations.
-Build and manage a PO compliance programme to address retro PO, late GRN's etc
-First point of contact for any Supplier Queries about the set up of the CSP.
-Maintain all system design and configuration documentation, SoPs and Training materials.
What are we looking for?
You will have a detailed background in Source to Pay and Coupa platforms with experience running supplier enablement prorgrammes using Catalogues/Punchouts etc. You will also hold:
-Expert knowledge of buying channels and how to optimise them
-Procure to Pay experience
-Excellent communication skills to interreact with Suppliers and internal Mitie colleague
