Crynodeb
Available formally by request but for general info- As the Senior Pharmacist, you will be responsible for working closely with our GP Prescribing Lead and PCN Senior Pharmacists to keep oversight of the workload and delivery against QOF and IIF targets, supporting pharmacy team members in their development and identifying new ways of working to increase efficiency and effectiveness of our prescribing processes. You will also be responsible for maintaining our prescribing policies and keeping oversight of CQC compliance for safe prescribing. Ideally, you will be an experienced Independent Prescriber with your own areas of clinical expertise which will be relevant for the needs of our practice and will have experience of managing a team.
