Crynodeb
The post holder will be responsible for providing managerial and clinical leadership within XR, FL & IR departments, coordinating, and managing a comprehensive service. The post holder will provide leadership and direct line management to all XR, FL & IR staff with support from the Principal Radiographer and Lead Clinician. The post holder will be responsible for General line management functions including recruitment, retention of staff within the service, staff appraisal, competency assessments and management of sickness absence and leave entitlement. The post holder is expected to have extensive XR, FL and/or IR experience, including evidence of teaching and/or training and running a busy department. The post holder will be expected to lead an established and dedicated team, and to support the development and training of rotating junior team members and students.
